Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Comparadise — the website at comparadise.io and the browser extension. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the service.
What Comparadise does
You give us a product page address. We fetch that page and use a language model to pull out structured information — name, price, brand, ratings and whatever other columns you define — and arrange it into a comparison table. You can add columns, reorder things, take notes, and share a comparison with a link.
Accuracy — please read this one
Everything in a comparison table is produced by an AI reading a web page, and it can be wrong. Prices go stale, a specification can be misread, and a field can be filled in with something that simply isn't true of the product. Treat a comparison as a starting point for your own research, not as fact.
Always check the original product page — every row links back to it — before you buy anything. We are not a shop, we don't sell any of the products shown, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by the retailers and manufacturers whose pages you extract.
Accounts
You need a working email address, and you're responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for what happens under your account. Accounts are for one person — don't share logins. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has got into your account.
You can also try the service without registering, in a demo session. Demo sessions are temporary and we may clear them at any time, so don't keep anything in one that you'd be upset to lose.
Plans and limits
Every plan caps how many comparisons you can create each month, how many products go in one comparison, and how many AI-extracted custom columns you can add. Columns you fill in by hand don't count toward that last one.

The monthly count resets on the first of each calendar month. We may change these limits; if a change reduces what you get on a plan you're paying for, we'll tell you before it takes effect. A Pro plan is announced on our pricing page but isn't available to buy yet — nothing in these terms is a promise that it will be.
Paying, renewing and cancelling
Premium is a subscription, billed monthly or yearly in euros or US dollars, and it renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Payment is handled by Stripe — we never see your card details. Prices are shown at checkout and include VAT where it applies.
You can cancel any time from your subscription settings, which take you to Stripe's billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for, and we don't pro-rate part-months. If a payment fails we may keep your access on briefly while Stripe retries, and withdraw it if the payment doesn't go through.
If you're a consumer in the EU or UK you have 14 days to withdraw from a new subscription. By subscribing you ask us to start the service immediately, and you accept that once we have, the withdrawal right ends for the part already supplied. Outside that, we'll consider a refund if something on our side went genuinely wrong — just write to us.
We may change prices. Existing subscribers get at least 30 days' notice by email, and the new price applies from the next renewal, so you can cancel first if you'd rather not pay it.
Your content
Your comparisons, columns and notes stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them so we can actually run the service — which includes sending page content to the AI provider that does the extraction, and showing a comparison to anyone you give a share link to. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
A share link is public to whoever holds it. Treat one as published, and don't share a comparison containing anything you'd rather keep private.
Product text and images shown in a comparison come from the pages you submitted and belong to whoever published them. We show that material so you can compare products; we don't claim any rights in it.
Fair use
Use Comparadise for comparing products. Please don't:
- submit addresses you have no right to access, or pages behind a login, paywall or anything you agreed not to extract;
- automate the service, run it at a volume it obviously isn't meant for, or work around the plan limits;
- resell or redistribute the service, or use it to build a competing product;
- upload anything unlawful, or use the service to break the law or somebody else's rights;
- probe, overload or interfere with the service or the infrastructure it runs on.
If you break these terms we may limit or suspend your account. Where it's reasonable to do so we'll warn you first, and if you're on a paid plan when we suspend you for something you couldn't have known was a problem, we'll refund the unused part.
Availability
Comparadise is run by a very small team, and it's provided as-is. We don't promise a particular uptime, and the service may be unavailable for maintenance, or because something we depend on — an AI provider, a payment processor, a hosting provider — is having a bad day. Extraction can fail on pages that block automated readers or that we simply can't parse.
We may add, change or remove features. If we ever shut the service down we'll give you reasonable notice and a way to export your comparisons, and we'll refund any paid time you haven't used.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for purchasing decisions you make on the basis of a comparison, for lost profits or data, or for indirect or consequential loss. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
None of this limits liability that can't be limited by law — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud — and if you're a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything in these terms.
Ending things
You can stop using Comparadise whenever you like, cancel a subscription from your settings, and ask us to delete your account and everything in it. See the Privacy Policy for what happens to your data when you do.
Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top always says when they last changed, and we'll email you about anything significant before it takes effect. Carrying on using the service after that means you accept the new version.
These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes go to the Danish courts. If you're a consumer elsewhere in the EU, this doesn't take away the protection of your own country's mandatory consumer law, and you can use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
